The signature of the person who performed the certification at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the respective country is certified by the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in that country or by the Embassy of the country in the other country, after which it is certified by the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in that country.
